If you are a new client, our systems have been simplified to enable you to use them without difficulties. You will access a guided form which you will submit after filling it accordingly. On submission, the system will automatically generate your account in the database and send login details to your email. For our recurrent clients, log into your client account to submit your order request. In case you have forgotten your login credentials, contact our support staff to get help.

Payment for the services

Our policy is that you pay on order to enable us process your request. On submitting your order, we will give you guideline on how to make payment. Your order count time starts once we have verified your payments.

Email confirmation

After payment verification, a writer most versed in your field will be assigned to work on your order. It takes about four days for your paper to be ready if it was not an urgent order. Once your paper is ready and we have uploaded it, the system will send you an automated email to alert you. Use your login credentials to access your account and download the paper. You can also contact us if you want us to send it directly to your email.

Revision services

When you receive your paper, go through it to ascertain if the writer complied with your instructions. If you are not satisfied, get back to us within 2 days after receiving the paper for a revision. We offer free revision services.
